a. What is Gravitational constant ?     Ans ; - The Force of attraction between two unit masses separated by a unit distance is called gravitational constant.
b. List two forces which act on a body when it is immersed in water.    Ans :- The two forces are :-i. Upthrust or buoyancy or Upward Force.ii. Downward force or weight of the body.
c. List any one application of a formula E=mc2.Ans :- E=mc2 is used to generate huge amount of energy released in a nuclear reaction which can be used to generate electricity.
d. Why does a convex lens have positive power ?
Ans :- A convex lens has positive power because it has positive focal length  (p=1/f).
e. What is inverter ? 
Ans :- An inverter is a devices that converts direct current ( DU) into alternating current (AC) and vice versa .
