   2. Downward force or weight of the body.
c. List any one application of a formula E= mc2
Ans:- E = mc2 is used to generate huge amount of energy released in a nuclear reaction which can be used to generated electricity/
d. Why does a convex lens have positive power.
Ans ;- A convex lens has positive power because it has positive focal length (p = 1/f ).
